Being a UX Team of One
Presented by Leah Buley
It’s an exciting time for user experience. There are more of us doing UX work in more places than ever before, with increasing goodwill and passion for the cause all around. But passion and goodwill alone won’t earn the respect of the people you work with or help you make good design decisions. Visionary problem solving and playing nicely with your non-UX peers will.
In this talk, Leah Buley will discuss some of the lightweight techniques that Adaptive Path uses to explore a variety of solutions quickly and enlist the support of non-UX people. She’ll show how to put these tools to use wherever you are — whether that’s in a large UX group or on your own — to make your UX practice more rewarding and dynamic.
